Key Responsibilities:

- **Oversee Daily Production**:

- Supervise and coordinate the production process on the floor to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Ensure production targets, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules based on operational needs.
- **Team Supervision and Leadership**:

- Manage, train, and motivate a team of production workers to achieve high levels of performance.
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure appropriate skill allocation.
- Conduct regular team meetings and communicate job expectations, goals, and safety guidelines.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform regular inspections and audits of the production line to ensure compliance with internal and external quality control procedures.
- Address quality issues promptly, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production team.
- Ensure the workplace complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Address and resolve any safety concerns promptly.
- **Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving**:

- Monitor production processes for inefficiencies or malfunctions and address problems quickly.
- Work with maintenance teams to resolve equipment breakdowns or technical issues.
- Ensure mínimal downtime and optimize production flow.
- **Resource Management**:

- Monitor material usage and inventory to ensure adequate supplies for production.
- Work with procurement or supply chain teams to avoid delays due to material shortages.
- Track equipment and labor resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and records of operations.
- Report on production performance, issues, and progress to management.
- Prepare reports on labor, materials, and downtime for efficiency analysis.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- **Education**: A degree or certification in a relevant field, such as Manufacturing, Engineering, or Industrial Technology, may be preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
