Job Title: Field Service Advisor

Location: Nagpur Maharashtra

Job Summary:
A Field Service Advisor is a professional who acts as a liaison between a company and its customers, particularly in industries that provide on-site services. The role typically involves overseeing and coordinating service activities, providing support and advice to field technicians, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:

- Communicate directly with customers to understand their service needs and concerns.
- Provide advice and recommendations for service or product repairs and maintenance.
- Serve as the point of contact for customers throughout the service process.

Scheduling and Coordination:

- Schedule appointments for field technicians, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Coordinate between the field team and customers to ensure timely service delivery.

Technical Guidance:

- Offer technical support and troubleshooting advice to field technicians when they encounter problems in the field.
- Help ensure that technicians have the necessary tools and resources to complete the job.

Service Quality Assurance:

- Monitor the quality of the service delivered, ensuring that standards and customer expectations are met.
- Collect feedback from customers to improve service and address any issues promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
- Prepare reports on service activities, completion rates, and customer satisfaction levels.

Technical Knowledge, Problem Solving, Time Management, Customer Service, Organizational Skills.
