About the Role:
Key Performance Areas:

- Own the Org Excellence, and Org quality goals for RBS
- Dive deep and understand different upstream systems & processes that lead to customer dis-satisfaction and RBS pains
- Drive inputs to improve standard operating procedures, and eliminate defects through upstream process or automation fixes by working with internal / external stakeholders
- Use data analysis to identify gaps, structure initiatives, recommend solutions and drive consensus on strategic inter-function business decisions
- Own the communication and progress updates on multiple projects, assess performance against goals and realign internal/external stakeholders on project deliverables

Key job responsibilities

This role would be managing the Org Excellence programs with over 25 Org Level initiatives. The role will access the effort vs impact on taking up the initiatives and establish the mechanism to drive improvement and sustenance. 5 initiatives needs to be scaled up as stand alone program based on think big efforts
