Simman Solicitors, a reputed law firm based in the UK are currently seeking a Call Handler with administrative experience to run their back office in New Delhi, India.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Attending to incoming and outgoing calls
- Responsible for managing day-to-day operations in GMT time and work in co-ordination with our office based in UK
- To carry out administrative services, providing support to the legal team and ensuring that the firm remains in compliance with regulations.
- Attend to incoming and outgoing calls
- Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary
- Assist with centralised diary and key dates reminders. Maintain call and other records, transcribe notes and dictation into typewritten form and perform other routine clerical tasks in legal practices.
- Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow
- Carry out general clerical work.

The ideal Call Handler:

- Applicants must have previous office experience, preferably in a legal field.
- Familiarity with MS Office; has attention to detail, able to take instructions and is highly focused.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work as part of a team, have good time management skills. Good telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Minimum qualification: Degree or equivalent certification

Additional information:

- Hours of work: Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (GMT hours)
- Position is Immediate start

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
