**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -**
- Assisting in packing and delivery.
- Arrange courier booking.
- Data entry of courier dispatch details.
- Update executives on courier dispatch details.
- Tracking and updating courier details.
- Co-ordinate with courier companies for smooth delivery of orders.
- Coordination with all departments and make sure that all dispatches are going on time and attend queries if any and solve the same.
- Ensure that orders dispatched are received by customers on time.
- Inform RTO (Return To Origin) to correspondent sales & marketing executive and redispatch the item as well as possible.
- Check Courier official updates and inform to marketing team.
- Check courier bills and pass to accounts department.
- Handle all whats app groups connected with logistics department.
- Treat clients/products on priority basis.
- Be alert about feeder vehicles.
- Do any other duties and responsibilities as advised by the Manager.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 2 years (required)
