**Job Summary**:
The Social Media Marketing Intern will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns across various platforms. This role involves creating content, monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and assisting with the development of strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
- **Community Management**: Monitor social media channels and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- **Campaign Execution**: Support the implementation of social media campaigns from conception to execution, including scheduling posts, managing advertisements, and tracking performance.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform social media strategies. Analyze key metrics and provide reports on campaign performance.
- **Platform Management**: Assist in managing social media accounts, including optimizing profiles, maintaining content calendars, and staying up-to-date with platform updates and best practices.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators, designers, and marketing managers, to ensure alignment of messaging and brand consistency across all channels.
- **Innovation**: Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies. Propose creative ideas for new campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement and reach.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tracking tools.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
