**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the monthly and annual general ledger close process.
- Ensure accurate posting of journal entries and reconciliation of accounts.
- Monitor financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate accounting.
- Assist with audits and support internal controls to maintain financial integrity.
- Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure consistency in financial records.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: M.Com preferred; B.Com with relevant experience also considered.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in GL accounting, with a strong understanding of financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **month-end and year-end closing processes**.
- Exposure to **financial audits** and **internal controls**.
