Combined Job Description: Data Entry & Tally Operator
- Enter, update, and maintain various data types—including business, inventory, and financial information—into computer systems and databases.
- Manage daily accounting entries, such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments using Tally ERP software, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Verify data and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity, cross-checking documents and electronic files regularly.
- Generate, review, and reconcile ledgers, invoices, and other financial documents as per company standards.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management and assist with financial audits when required.
- Ensure data confidentiality, comply with data protection standards, and perform regular backups to prevent data loss.
- Collaborate with other teams to address data and finance-related issues and contribute to process improvements.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP software, MS Office (Excel), and general data entry tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy for handling both data and financial information.
- Good organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Graduation preferred; a background in commerce or accounting is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
