Key Responsibilities:
Academic Excellence:
Lead the effective delivery of the CBSE curriculum across grades. Implement NEP 2020-aligned programs, skill-based education, and holistic learning practices. Monitor academic performance through assessments, audits, and interventions.

Leadership & Team Building:
Operations & Compliance:
Oversee day-to-day administration of the school, ensuring adherence to Lexicon Group SOPs. Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, safety regulations, and state education policies. Manage budget planning, infrastructure, and resource allocation efficiently.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Maintain strong communication with parents through orientations, PTMs, and community

events. Liaise with trustees, school board, and regulatory authorities as required. Promote the school’s vision to internal and external stakeholders

Student Enrichment:
Encourage student participation in academics, sports, clubs, and leadership activities. Establish systems for discipline, emotional wellness, and inclusive education. Recognize and celebrate student success through awards, showcases, and publications.

Qualifications & Skills:
Master’s Degree in Education or relevant discipline (B.Ed/M.Ed mandatory)

Minimum 10 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in school leadership

In-depth knowledge of CBSE curriculum, assessment patterns, and NEP 2020

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Technologically proficient with experience in digital education tools

Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience as Principal or Vice Principal in a reputed CBSE school

Exposure to international education standards and inclusive practices

Child-centric approach with a strong moral and ethical compass

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
