**Job Description ----**

Individual Role Goals

1 Manage project costs, budgets and client expectations

2 Anticipate and make recommendations for client needs.

3 Be exceptionally responsive to all client requests

4 Making Presentation depending as per clients brief

5 Understanding the client’s needs and the internal resources available to you throughout the production cycle by clearly and proactively managing communications between our staff and clients

6 Coordinate projects by communicating effectively with client & production team to follow all steps to ensure project stays on track

7 Work with creative team to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research, and ability to share & constantly learn new technology

8 Provide EXCELLENT customer service with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion

9 Receive, coordinate & assign existing customer requests through Support Desk

10 Preparing estimates

11 Creating project dockets including budgets, timelines, creative briefs, project folders

12 Quality assurance including proof reading and ensuring that all work presented to our clients meets their specifications and brand mandates

13 Providing clients with timely updates and status

14 Updating all project statuses in Excel format maintain database as frequently as possible throughout the day - and before leaving work at the end of the day

15 Builds relationships at appropriate client/vendor level.

16 Manages, understands and acts on client requests and needs. Develops and maintains good client and partner agency relationships

17 Passionate about Client s business and becomes extremely knowledge about all aspects of it.

18 Runs internal status meetings with the ability to keep on track and move projects forward

19 Writes conference reports that accurately re ect the meeting and can be sent to the client with mínimal changes

20 Manages, understands and acts on client requests

21 Demonstrates a clear understanding of key trends and stats, and can draw conclusions to foster greater team understanding and smarter solutions
