**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate product/service solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.
- Provide timely feedback on customer trends, needs, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Tamil is required, and knowledge of Hindi or Telugu is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- A proactive approach to achieving sales targets and a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Willingness to work in a target-based job environment.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
