**Responsibilities**:

- **Motion Graphics Design**:

- Develop innovative and visually stunning 2D and 3D motion graphics for various projects, including promotional videos, advertisements, and social media content.
- Utilize industry-standard software (such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools) to create compelling animations and visual effects.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and assemble raw video footage, ensuring smooth transitions, proper pacing, and seamless integration of visual elements.
- Trim and cut video segments to optimize for storytelling and visual impact.
- Enhance video and audio quality to meet professional standards.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the creative team, clients, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual content that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in motion graphics and video editing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to graphics and video production.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the established brand guidelines.
- Review and revise work based on feedback from team members and clients.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Artist and Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and/or other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and video production processes.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production) or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative agency or production environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
