We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Motion Graphic Designer to join our Branding team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to transform concepts into captivating visual experiences by combining animation, graphics, and creativity.

**Responsibilities**:
**Motion Graphics Creation**: Design and create visually engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a variety of projects, including promotional videos, social media content, presentations, and more.

**Concept Development**: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas that align with project goals and effectively convey messages.

**Visual Storytelling**: Use your artistic and storytelling skills to translate complex concepts into easily understandable and visually appealing animations.

**Animation Techniques**: Utilize a variety of animation techniques, such as 2D animation, kinetic typography, character animation, and particle effects, to enhance the visual impact of videos.

**Typography and Design**: Integrate typography and graphic design elements seamlessly into motion graphics to create a cohesive and visually pleasing aesthetic.

**Software Expertise**: Proficiently use software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools to create motion graphics that meet high-quality standards.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including video editors, designers, and content creators, to ensure the successful integration of motion graphics into various projects.

**Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, and deliverables are creatively and technically sound.

**Feedback Incorporation**: Adapt and refine motion graphics based on feedback from stakeholders while maintaining the overall creative vision.

**Staying Current**: Stay updated with industry trends, animation techniques, and software advancements to continually enhance your skills and improve the quality of motion graphic content.

**Requirements**:
**Software Proficiency**: Proficient in motion graphic design software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant animation tools.

**Creativity**: A strong sense of creativity, visual storytelling, and an ability to think outside the box to bring concepts to life through motion graphics.

**Animation Skills**: Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and movement to create visually dynamic and engaging motion graphics.

**Design Knowledge**: Familiarity with graphic design principles, typography, and color theory to create visually appealing and cohesive motion graphic compositions.

**Communication**: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interpret creative feedback.

**Time Management**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.

**Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during the motion graphics creation process.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
