Manage the export documentation

needs to know complete export documentation in pharma industry and needs to know good english to be able to converse with export customers across the world.

Coordinate with the custom house agents, finance team and the regulatory bodies to ensure on time import custom clearance.

Responsible for compliance of customs and managing customs clearing costs and payments. Submitting documents to bank for EBRc filing and preparing proof of exports to be given to suppliers

Manage documentation and ensure on timely clearance and completing.

Responsible for the overall supply chain management of bulk materials.

Facilitate courier custom clearing of samples for business promotion.

Responsible for merchant export and ensuring all statutory compliances are followed.

Provide inputs in new product creation i.e. HSN code, custom duty and licenses required in India.

Well versed with Customs, DGFT, GST and allied Agency Act

Requirements and Specific Skills:

- Graduate / Post-Graduate degree holder.
- Previous experience in shipping / logistics domain is an added advantage.
- Demonstrable presentation & communication skills (written & oral, both in English & relevant vernacular language).
- Previous experience in salesforce case management system is an added advantage.
- Demonstrable team-player skills and ability to meet timelines and deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
