Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling incoming calls and other communications
- Greeting clients and visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff member
- Managing the filing system and maintaining documents
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Organizing travel arrangements and reservations as needed
- Preparing outgoing mail and scanning, and copying documents
- Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize processes
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
**qualifications and skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Should be creative. And Proficiency in MS Office
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Working knowledge of office equipment and Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
