**Pharmacist Job Declaration**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispensing prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.
- Reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, potential drug interactions, and dosage errors.
- Providing patient counseling on proper medication use, side effects, and safety precautions.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal medication therapy management.
- Monitoring and managing the medication therapy of patients to improve outcomes.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new medications, regulations, and healthcare trends.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Managing inventory and maintaining proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
- Educating patients and the public on health-related topics.

**Qualifications**:

- A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
- A valid pharmacist license in the respective state or region.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and pharmaceutical care.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Prior experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting is preferred but not required.
