We are seeking a skilled and passionate Formulation Scientist to join our dedicated team.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Formulation Development**: Lead the development of formulations, with a focus on integrating technology for enhanced product performance. Previous experience in with formulation development is preferred.
- **Ingredient Selection**: Source and evaluate high-quality ingredients, including APIs and natural extracts, to enhance product efficacy.
- **Optimization**: Continuously optimize formulations to achieve superior stability, shelf life, and overall product quality.
- **Physicochemical Analysis**: Oversee laboratory testing, ensuring comprehensive physicochemical analysis and stability testing are conducted.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A Ph.D./ Master's/Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences,
- **Experience**: 0-5 years of experience in Formulation product development, with a focus on formulation and nanotechnology.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in formulating understanding in technology, and conducting physicochemical analysis.
