**Key responsibilities**:
DRA [Debt Recovery Agent] Certified Tele callers;
NON DRA - Experienced up to 6 Months can also apply:
**Manage a large number of Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner.

** Handling different calls/issues.

**Identifying customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide

relevant solutions to the customers.

**Maintain regular follow-up with Customer till closure of Overdue Accounts.

**Freshers or Callers **(< 1 Yr Exp with NO DRA) shall be supported with Banking Certification [IIBF DRA];
Minimum Salary of Rs.15000/- +Additional Performance Bonus is your incentive

**Skills Required**:
**Requirements**:
If NO DRA CERTIFICATE - Only Freshers & Callers up to 1 Year Experience in Voice Process may apply.
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Informing to the customer about the importance of Cibil.

*Collecting money from the customer to avoid any further exposure that may faced by customer to non payment of loan or card.
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tool/ method to meet customer satisfaction.

*Articulate & Strong Phone & Verbal communication skills along with active listening skills

*Fair Knowledge of Banking Products.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
