Vivre Panels seeks a proactive Marketing Coordinator to spearhead external communications with key partners including graphic design firms, printing houses, print media, event organisers, social media influencers, and more. This role will drive strategic collaborations and uphold brand integrity to enhance Vivre Panels' market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement communication strategies with external agencies, ensuring quick turnaround times.
- Maintain relationships with marketing, graphic design agencies, print media, event organisers, vendors, and influencers.
- Oversee inventory management of marketing collaterals, ensuring timely deliveries and stock updates.
- Manage influencer onboarding and video shoots for social media reels creation.
- Coordinate with inhouse management and cross-functional teams to align external communications with company objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand communication and managing external partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong project management abilities.
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month.
