We are hiring for an Analytics company with its headquarters based in Boston UK.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and refine marketing campaign models using a blend of deep learning, causal AI models, bandit models, and time-series analysis.
- Utilize knowledge graphs to integrate diverse data sources, enhancing the depth and accuracy of consumer insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to translate complex data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Design and implement rigorous A/B testing and multivariate testing frameworks to evaluate marketing approaches.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in data science, including causal AI, knowledge graph fields, and advanced time-series analysis.
- Communicate analytical concepts and findings to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI/Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a data science role with a strong focus on marketing analytics.
- Demonstrated expertise in atleast two of the deep learning, causal AI techniques, knowledge graphs, and advanced time-series analysis.
- Proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning, graph algorithms, deep learning and optimization methodologies.
- Strong skills in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with data science frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
