Performance Tester

5-10 Years of Experience as a Performance Tester preferably working in Insurance and Financial Services.

Design, develop, and execute performance test strategy, test plans and test cases.

Utilize LoadRunner (Preferred tool) and JMeter to conduct performance testing.

Strong hands-on experience in developing and executing performance test scripts.

Ability to analyze requirements, Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.

Collaborate with development teams to resolve performance issues.

Generate detailed performance testing reports and insights.

Continuously improve performance testing processes and methodologies.

Ensure that performance testing aligns with project requirements and timelines.

Effective collaboration and communication skills.

Experience in Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.

Analytical and detail oriented. Should have experience in performing client facing roles.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹483,491.89 - ₹1,652,193.74 per year
