What youll achieve

As a Performance Tester, you will analysing and measuring the performance, load, and stress capabilities of our software systems.

The Performance Testers responsibilities include understanding software load demands, setting measurable objectives, and identifying bottlenecks, performance issues, and potential solutions. You, thrive in a team environment by making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

• Design and execute performance testing strategies and scripts independently
• Identify system bottlenecks and find solutions to performance issues
• Work closely with developers to ensure performance standards are met
• Collaborate with the product team to understand software scenarios, user requirements and predict potential real-world issues
• Configure and manage performance test environments
• Conduct system performance tests to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability
• Monitor application logs to spot any system or application issues
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Open to work in Hybrid mode for both Manual Testing and Performance Testing as per requirement.

Essential Requirements

• Good 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
• Must have knowledge of tool LoadRunner , able to design , create and execute scripts independently for both Desktop and Web based application.
• Must have knowledge of following LoadRunner protocols , should be able to create/execute scripts using these protocols : Web HTTP/HTML , Java Over HTTP, Java Record-Replay , Java RMI
• Should have knowledge of Java language.
• Interpret test results and prepare detailed reports
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. JIRA, QC) and SQL

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with other automation tools like Cypress or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of database querying (SQL) and ability to write test data scripts.
