**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script to promote products or services.

Identify and qualify sales leads by understanding customer needs and preferences.

Record and maintain accurate and detailed call logs, including customer information, call outcomes, and follow-up actions.

Handle inbound calls from customers, answer inquiries, and provide information about products or services.

Achieve and exceed weekly or monthly sales targets and quotas.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening.

Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not made a purchase.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and share feedback on customer preferences and objections.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college education may be preferred.

Proven experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or customer service is a plus.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center systems.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.

Positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and product offerings.

**Working Conditions**:

- Typically works in an office or call center environment.
- May require sitting for extended periods and using a computer and phone.
- May involve working evenings or weekends to reach potential customers in different time zones.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
