**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records and CRM databases.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Track and manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the warehouse or fulfillment center to ensure timely order shipments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to orders and deliveries.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and executing sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Manage logistics, including booth setup, marketing materials, and attendee registration.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.

**Additional Considerations**:

- **Industry-specific knowledge**: Experience in the HVAC Industry with knowledge in VAV is a plus
