**Job Summary**

A Revit Modeller is responsible for model delivery and ensuring their model complies with project and company standards.
- They have knowledge of the BIM process.
- They may have progressed through the role of BIM Trainee or draftsman.
- Typically they would be able to use 1 or 2 modelling software packages (essentially needs to include Revit 3D software)
- The roles and responsibilities of the BIM Modeller vary and can typically include:

- To work out the design. Adding data to the model within the BIM environment and generate graphical and (alfa) numeric output.
- Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
- Making 3D visualizations.
- Making optimal use of software capabilities and making suggestions for expanding and development of software tools and/or adjustments of the BIM Model.
- Making drafts, calculations and analyses that are based and/or will be transferred to the BIM environment.
- Having a knowledge of BIM processes.
- Having a knowledge of how to coordinate a BIM project within the 3D environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
