1. The Telecall Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for the organization.
2. They will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively deal with customers.
3. The Telecall Executive will need to have a strong understanding of the organization’s products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers.
4. They will also be responsible for maintaining call logs and updating customer information in the company’s database.
5. Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
6. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
7. Noting important details of each conversation.
8. Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
9. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
**Telecaller Requirements**:
- Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Computer literate.
- Superb verbal communication.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
