We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our field sales team as IT Sales Executives. You will play a vital role in connecting our solutions with potential clients and helping them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- **Prospecting**: Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- **Client Engagement**: Assist in building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our IT solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Support the sales team in conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to help identify new opportunities.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with experienced sales team members and other departments to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- **Learning and Development**: Engage in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- **Skills**:

- Strong interest in IT and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles is a plus but not required.
- **Attitude**: A proactive approach, positive attitude, and willingness to take on challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
