Jr. Architect

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architectural Design & Planning**:

- Assist in conceptual design and the development of architectural plans for residential, commercial, or public projects.
- Prepare preliminary design sketches and detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with senior architects to refine design concepts, ensuring adherence to client requirements, project specifications, and budget constraints.
- Assist in the preparation of building design presentations, 3D models, and visualizations.
- **Project Documentation**:

- Prepare and review architectural documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and material schedules.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of project plans, progress, and correspondence.
- **Client and Stakeholder Interaction**:

- Assist in client meetings, providing support in discussing design ideas, timelines, and project requirements.
- Help create presentations and visual aids to convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Respond to client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service and project satisfaction.
- **Site Evaluation and Coordination**:

- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and measure existing structures.
- Collaborate with contractors and construction teams to ensure design specifications are followed on-site.
- Assist in coordinating with other professionals, such as engineers, landscape architects, and interior designers, to integrate all aspects of a project.
- **Sustainability and Compliance**:

- Support the integration of sustainable design principles and energy-efficient solutions into architectural projects.
- Ensure all designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Stay updated on trends in architectural design, materials, and technology to incorporate innovative solutions.
- **Project Management Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of project timelines, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of design phases.
- Help track project progress, attend project meetings, and document meeting minutes.
- Support senior architects in managing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed within scope and budget.
- **Professional Development**:

- Continuously develop architectural skills and knowledge through on-the-job learning and external resources.
- Participate in design workshops, seminars, and other educational opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (BE Arch).
- **Experience**:

- 0-2 years of professional experience in architecture or a similar field, preferably in an architectural firm or related environment.
- Knowledge of architectural design, drafting, and construction processes.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
