**Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging Operations**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily packaging activities, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement packaging processes to meet production targets and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to ensure adherence to packaging standards.
- Monitor packaging material stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.

**Warehouse Management**:

- Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Implement efficient warehouse layout and space optimization strategies.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory levels and transactions in the warehouse management system.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.

**Team Supervision**:

- Lead and manage a team of packaging and warehouse staff, providing training and development.
- Schedule and allocate tasks to meet operational deadlines.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure productivity and efficiency.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in the warehouse and packaging areas.
- Implement and monitor best practices for equipment handling and storage.
- Address any safety incidents promptly and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization in packaging and warehouse management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative practices to improve efficiency.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
