**Key Responsibilities**:As a UI/UX Designer at IT company, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling digital experiences for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and user requirements.

Conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback to refine design concepts.

Ensuring designs align with industry best practices, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.

Working closely with development teams to implement designs, providing support and feedback during the development process.

Staying updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve design processes.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet project deadlines.

**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month
