We are currently seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Nagpur.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. UI/UX Design:

- Conduct user research, create personas, and develop wireframes and prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the best user experience.
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

2. Graphic Design:

- Create compelling visual content for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other digital platforms.
- Design logos, icons, banners, and other graphics that align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure all graphics are optimized for various devices and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing campaigns.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

4. Project Management:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Adobe Illustrator & Coral
- Experience with animation and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of SEO and web performance optimization.
