**Key Responsibilities**:Counselling**:

- Address student queries regarding university rankings, scholarships, and other study-related concerns.

**Cold Tele-Calling**:

- Initiate calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about our services, webinars, and study abroad opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients by contacting leads from various sources.
- Address initial questions, assess interest, and schedule further consultations with senior counselors or webinars.

**Sales and Lead Conversion**:

- Work to meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead generation, conversion and enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Provide ongoing support to students after enrolment, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and success.

**Market Awareness**:

- Stay updated on admission processes, university requirements, and global education trends.
- Share insights and feedback with the team to improve service offerings.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (a background in education or counseling is a plus).
- Prior experience in academic counseling, tele-calling, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (or the regional language).
- Ability to handle objections, multitask, and work under pressure.
- A genuine passion for helping students achieve their education goals.
