**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound queries from customers regarding the company’s services.
- Explain product/service features and benefits clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of contacts.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for sales teams if needed.
- Provide feedback to the management team on client responses.
- Follow up with customers on pending issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role (freshers can apply).
- Strong verbal communication skills in [local language] and English.
- Ability to remain calm and handle rejection while staying motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related fields is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and telecalling software.
- Strong sales ability and customer handling skills.
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
