**Roles and Responsibility**

**Job Description**:
Lab Technician

Exp - 2 to 3years

Np
- 15days to Immediate

1. Perform storage validation tasks using hardware infrastructure, hardware tools such as protocol analyzer, LA, Scope, storage product testers

2. Write, execute and debug storage testing scripts in python framework or inhouse tools (internally developed)

3. File Jiras and generate reports.

4. Maintain inventory and manage lab equipment, aware of licenses, installation of OS and other softwares.

5. Perform first level failure analysis and triage test setup issues.

Skills/Knowledge

1. Knowledge of storage, storage environments, computers and computer system architecture.

2. Knowledge about basics of embedded systems.

3. Firmware knowledge.

4. Exposure to industry standard communications such as SD, UHS-II, NVMe/PCIe, USB etc.,

5. Strong desire to deep-dive system level issues and drive problems to closure in a team-based environment with a proactive attitude

6. Debugging using JTAG debugger, good experience in build tools, compilers, linkers

7. Hands on debug experience with usage of modern lab equipment (DSOs, Logic Analyzers, Protocol Analyzers) are a plus

8. Working Knowledge in scripting language like python
