Lab Technician - Exciting Opportunity in Mechanical Testing

Are you passionate about advancing technology and contributing to product development? Join our dynamic team as a Lab Technician, where you'll conduct standard and innovative tests on current and experimental products. With 3 to 5 years of experience and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, you'll play a crucial role in our lab's continuous improvement initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to new technology and product development within time and cost constraints.
- Collaborate with the Lab Supervisor to determine testing methods and desired outcomes.
- Independently set up and conduct performance tests, identifying crucial performance ratings.
- Adapt procedures to meet complex testing requirements with supervision.
- Maintain lab equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of testing.
- Keep the Lab Supervisor informed of testing activities and challenges.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, meeting established deadlines.
- Uphold a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of experience with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong computer literacy skills.
- Demonstrated mechanical/technical aptitude.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness of data.
- Previous experience in hydraulic filter testing is a plus.
- Working knowledge of test equipment and standards.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on concise and accurate information.
- Professional conduct at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
