Job Overview: IBARC Technologies is in search of a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our team. We're looking for a creative individual with a passion for design and the ability to craft visually compelling content across various mediums. As a Graphic Designer at IBARC Technologies, you will collaborate closely with different teams to produce engaging designs that resonate with our audience and uphold our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop visually appealing designs for a range of materials including logos, marketing collateral, website graphics, social media content, presentations, and advertisements.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create and present design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects while adhering to established brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the quality and efficiency of design work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project timelines.

**Requirements**:

- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, regardless of educational background.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Capability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback into designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools.
- Knowledge of animation and video editing software.
- Understanding of web design principles and basic front-end development languages (HTML, CSS).
