WishTree Infosolution, a leading digital solutions provider based in Kerala, India, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. As the Senior Graphics Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually captivating and effective design solutions for our clients across various industries. Your creativity and expertise will contribute to enhancing brand identities, user experiences, and marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualization and Design**: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into creative design concepts that align with brand guidelines and objectives.

**Graphic Design**: Develop visually engaging graphics for a wide range of platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, print materials, and marketing collateral.

**Branding and Identity**: Contribute to the development and refinement of brand identities, logos, and other visual elements that reflect the essence of our clients' businesses.

**UI/UX Collaboration**: Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless integration of visual design elements into user interfaces, enhancing user experiences across digital platforms.

**Digital and Print Media**: Create eye-catching graphics for digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and other print materials, maintaining consistency and quality.

**Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality design assets.

**Feedback and Revisions**: Actively seek and provide constructive feedback within the design team to refine and improve design iterations.

**Client Communication**: Present design concepts to clients, justify design decisions, and incorporate client feedback to produce exceptional final designs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design roles.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.

Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Experience in UI/UX design collaboration is a plus.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
