- Creating a Job Description
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Scheduling interviews with the concerned managers,
- Solving applicant queries at times
- Research and recommend ideas for development of HR process.
- Basic management of company assets, stock of goodies, stationeries and other basicemployees' requirements along with events sometimes. Job requirements
- Great Communication skills; Fluency in English language is a must.
- Must be a Graduateat least(BBA/B.COM/ or any other Relevant course).
- Acquainted with MSOffice (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Acknowledged with E-mail writing skills.
- Basic awareness of working of recruitment process.
- Someone with a Knowledge of IT field is preferrable (not mandatory).Compensation& Benefits
