**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate person, and take messages as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries and distribute them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Manage the scheduling of conference rooms and assist in coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures by monitoring the reception area and reporting any suspicious activity.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as a multi-line phone system, fax machine, and photocopier.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bannerghatta Rd, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
