We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Beauty Advisor** who can be the face of our brand and help customers discover the best of Fiveonine.

**Job Summary**:
As a **Beauty Advisor** at Fiveonine, you will be responsible for delivering personalized product recommendations and expert guidance to customers, with a special focus on our haircare and cosmetic lines. Your role is key to enhancing the customer experience, promoting product benefits, and ensuring a welcoming and engaging retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, from the haircare range (shampoo, conditioner, serum, hair mask)
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in beauty and haircare
- Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the sales area
- Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Build long-lasting customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to promotional campaigns

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of haircare and beauty products, preferably with experience in premium or organic brands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for beauty, self-care, and wellness
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
- Prior experience in a retail or beauty advisory role is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
