**Designation**: Beauty Advisor - Cosmetics & Skincare

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Consultation**: Engage with customers to understand their skincare and beauty needs, providing tailored product recommendations.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in achieving targets by actively participating in sales initiatives and promotional activities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and relay customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in a beauty advisory or similar role, preferably in cosmetics or skincare.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of skincare and beauty products; awareness of current beauty trends.
- **Attributes**: Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable to changing market dynamics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
