**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
- Follow manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to production plans.
- Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.
- Report any technical issues or malfunctions to the supervisor and assist in troubleshooting.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- Knowledge of production processes and equipment in the automobile industry.
- Strong technical skills and ability to work with machinery.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to work in a team and handle physical tasks.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
