**Production Technician**

**Location**: Kochi, Kerala

**Education**: ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech (Mechanical)

**Experience**: 0 to 1 year

**Salary**: ₹10,000 to ₹14,000 per month + PF & ESI

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Support**:

- Assist in the daily production processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
- Monitor production equipment, ensure its proper functioning, and perform routine maintenance checks.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that production output meets company quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify product specifications and quality.
- **Machine Operation**:

- Operate machinery and production equipment as required.
- Handle and troubleshoot basic technical issues with machinery and equipment under supervision.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or deviations in the process to the supervisor.
- Assist in compiling production data and performance metrics.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety standards and ensure all equipment is being used properly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- **ITI**, **Diploma**, or **B.Tech** (Mechanical).
- **Experience**:

- **0 to 1 year** of experience in production or manufacturing is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and machinery.
- Ability to operate production equipment and perform basic maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Basic problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
