Supply Chain Material Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the supply chain process for materials used in the chemical manufacturing process, from order placement through to delivery to the production site.
- Ensure the availability of materials required for production by coordinating with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage inventory levels and monitor consumption patterns to ensure timely procurement of materials in the chemical industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics providers, negotiating contracts and pricing as needed to ensure the best value for the company.
- Monitor delivery schedules and take corrective actions as needed to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure that material availability is aligned with production schedules in the chemical industry.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the procurement and supply chain process for materials in the chemical industry.
- Analyze data related to procurement and inventory to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports related to material procurement, inventory management, and supply chain performance in the chemical industry.
- Contribute to the development of supply chain strategies and initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs in the chemical industry.

Job Requirements:

- Any Graduation degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain or materials management role in the chemical industry.
- Good knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement, and inventory management in the chemical industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers in the chemical industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data and identify trends in the chemical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in the chemical industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supply chain and materials management in the chemical industry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation in the chemical industry.
- Knowledge of supply chain management software and tools used in the chemical industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- Day shift

- Jhagadia, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
