**Position Title**:Stores + FCC Officer

**Function**:Supply Chain

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Produce and deliver products and services**

Manage Production Activities

Ensure quality checks for incoming material; send rejected material back to suppliers. Transfer raw materials and packing materials as per the indent. Confirm production orders from line to packing area and S&F IN ORDER TO ensure that supply and off take of material as per quality parameters and requirements
- **Manage financial and physical resources**

Ensure Timely and Correct Accounting and Tax Compliance

Coordinate IFT/IDTs; Prepare conversion invoice, pay tax and make SAP entries for the same; Provide closing stocks of WIP material on the floor; Report actual average for the previous periods closing, templates for uploading BOM and routing for costing IN ORDER TO ensure timely and accurate accounting

Control Production Costs

Track operating parameters (like actual consumptions of WIP, actual oven hours, actual defective) and compare vs. standard reports shown by SAP; highlight and analyse variances; Provide production officers templates and spreadsheets for accounting and analysing costs IN ORDER TO ensure accurate tracking of production costs
- **Produce and deliver products and services**

Buy and Pay for Materials and Services

Get the PO from purchase and check raw material against PO before unloading IN ORDER TO ensure timely unloading and recording of raw material in compliance with the accounts payable process
- **Manage improvement and change**

Improve Business Processes

Participate in MR meetings as the factory coordinator. Establish action plan for identified issues and set standards for the stores. Conduct FSMS audit, facilitate non conformity closure and participate in final audit. Seek approval for resources required to close NCs. Provide FSMS training employees in assigned section IN ORDER TO ensure production is as per quality norms and certification standards

Annual Budgeting : Provide data on actual averages and proposal of standards for next budget

IT SOX Control - Preparation of SOX compliance report

Quality Audit - participate in quality audits for product quality improvement

Breakdown Maintenance
- Report the nature of breakdowns of store equipment and verify the condition after repair.

Shift Manning and Attendance
- Take daily attendance and absenteeism recording for contract labours working in Stores.

IT Helpdesk - Register CAMS call as and when required, Escalate the call to higher level as per the escalation matrix.

Recruitment and Induction - provide induction to new joinees

Scrap/ Waste Management
- Arrange to lift the non recyclable scrap.
