Job Summary:

The Assembly Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to understand design and optimize assembly process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Planning, Execution and supervision of assembly process, with experience in SAP ERP, MS Office and root cause analysis ensuring seamless integration in manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute production and assembly activities as per scheduled requirements.
  • Supervise assembly and fabrication processes to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Review Engineering drawings and plans to reduce cycle time and optimize production timeline.
  • Monitor and manage daily production operations ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory and material planning to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Ensure maintenance schedules are followed to reduce equipment downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in similar role within manufacturing sector.

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in working with process plant equipment being used for Pharma, F&B and Chemicals will be an added advantage.
  • Strong planning and execution capabilities.
  • Proficient in SAP (ERP), MS Office and production management tools.
  • Good knowledge of assembly, machining and fabrication processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and root cause analysis skills.
  • Good communication Skill.
  • Self-Learning Capability.
