**Job Overview**:

- The Batman at Aman-i-Khas is dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience that embodies the unique vision and refined luxury of Aman Resorts. Responsible for comprehensive guest service, the Batman ensures seamless, personalized attention from check-in to check-out, particularly focusing on Food & Beverage service and bespoke activities. This role requires a high level of commitment, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to meet and exceed guest expectations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Experience & Service Delivery**:

- Welcome and register guests upon arrival with welcome drinks and assist with check-in procedures.
- Provide personal attention to each assigned guest, ensuring their preferences and needs are consistently met.
- Handle guest luggage, assist with room orientation, and anticipate their needs throughout the stay.
- Serve food and beverages in various locations: dining tent, poolside, guest tent, lakeside, or at the fireplace, as per guest preference.
- Prepare the fireplace with seating and ensure it is lit, especially during winter months.
- Offer detailed information on resort activities, suggest customized experiences, and accompany guests on village or city tours.

**Coordination & Communication**:

- Liaise with the kitchen regarding guest dietary requirements and special meal requests.
- Collaborate with local travel agents to arrange jungle safaris and other excursions for guests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely room servicing, special requests, and amenities as needed.
- Provide property tours to outside guests and travel agents as needed.

**Inventory & Technical Responsibilities**:

- Maintain daily and monthly inventories of crockery, cutlery, glassware, wines, spirits, and other F&B stock items, providing regular updates to the F&B Supervisor.
- Document details for jungle safari excursions, including zone, guide, vehicle information, and wildlife sightings.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for essential items like tea, coffee, wines, spirits, and other beverages to ensure uninterrupted service.

**Training**:

- Adhere to Aman’s service standards and follow SEVA rituals.
- Train and guide team members on service protocols and resort operations.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with necessary licenses and permits, maintaining resort standards in coordination with higher management.
- Perform any additional duties as required by the management to maintain smooth operations and high service standards.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Hotel Management graduate + 2 year experiance as a Butler or F&B Associate
