**LOCATION**

This position is located at Aman-I-Khas, Ranthambhore, Rajasthan, India

**POSITION OVERVIEW**
- To be committed and dedicate time, effort and attention to offering a unique guest experiences, which in quality and presentation reflects the values and brand pillars of the hotel
- To coordinate in all business activities in Food & Beverage Service

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- He need to make sure welcome drinks and registration cards are ready before guest arrival.
- He is responsible for the guest whom he is looking after from C/in to C/out.
- Responsible for guest luggage.
- Responsible to give W/call to the guest.
- Responsible to serve food and drinks for his guest at the dining tent, at the pool, in the guest tent or at the lake side.
- Responsible for suggesting the different activity to the guest.
- Responsible to keep chairs at the fire place during winter.
- Responsible for coordinating with local travel agent regarding jungle safari and other excursions of travel agent guest.
- He is responsible to maintain the inventory register of Crockery, Cutlery and Glassware and hand it over to F & B Supervisor.
- He is responsible for maintaining inventory of Wines, Champagne and Spirits on daily basic, end of the month he prepares inventory of all alcoholic beverage and hand it over to F & B Supervisor.
- He is responsible for maintaining Jungle safari register where he right all the information about Zone, Guide name, Vehicle no and about sighting and hand it over to F & B Supervisor.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Graduation or, Diploma in Hotel Administration with 1-2 years of experience in Luxury step.
