Job Title: Cashier/Front Desk Assistant

Location: iCure Heart and Diet Clinic, Race Course Road, Vadodara

**Knowledge of Gujrati language is Compulsory**

iCure Heart and Diet Clinic is a renowned healthcare provider in Vadodara, committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We seek a highly organized and customer-focused Cashier/Front Desk Assistant to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1. Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless patient flow.
- 2. Handle patient registrations, appointments, and scheduling.
- 3. Process payments (cash, card, insurance) accurately and efficiently.
- 4. Maintain accurate records of transactions, patient data, and reports.
- 5. Respond to patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide information.
- 6. Coordinate with healthcare staff for smooth patient services.
- 7. Maintain clinic's reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- 8. Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, scanning, and filing.

**Requirements**:

- 1. Graduate (any stream) or Diploma in Hospitality/Healthcare Management.
- 2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (healthcare industry preferred).
- 3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- 4. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with healthcare software.
- 5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- 6. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- 7. Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

**Desirable Skills**:

- 1. Knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes.
- 2. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- 3. Basic accounting knowledge.
