**Responsibilities**:

- **Cash Handling**: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment accurately, balancing cash registers at the end of each shift.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels, replenishing merchandise on the sales floor, and reporting discrepancies to management.
- **Promotions and Upselling**: Actively promote sales, discounts, and promotions to customers, and suggest additional products or services to enhance their shopping experience.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, customer service, and security measures to ensure a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, assist with store maintenance tasks, and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of cashiering experience in a retail or similar environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues and discrepancies.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
